Doctoral Student Wins Internship with Dow Chemical Company

BelaEGH doctoral student Xiao (Bela) Zheng, who has been working with Dr. Sabo-Attwood in the area of nanotoxicology, has been offered a summer internship with Dow AgroSciences, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dow Chemical Company. The position is in Dow’s National Student Program in Regulatory Sciences and Regulatory Affairs R&D. Bela will be traveling to Dow’s headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana where she will spend 3 months working with senior scientists to gain technical skills while being given a developmental opportunity in an industrial setting.
